HELP! My phone fell in water. What do I do?

Don’t fret just yet! Bring your device into your nearest CSR location as soon as possible. We will do whatever we can to bring it back to life.

How do I ship my device to you and what does it cost?

If you prefer our mail-in repair service, you will need to send us a package according to our guidelines listed here. We highly recommend paying for insurance and tracking on your package with whatever carrier you use (USPS, FedEx or UPS). The cost of the repair is the same as our in-store service. You will simply need to pay to ship the device to us, and we will handle the cost of shipping it back. If you need it expedited, let us know and we can charge for priority shipping.

What does the repair price consist of?

Our prices for repair include both parts and labor.

When is payment due for repairs?

You will pay for your repair upon pickup (or before it’s mailed back to you).

Can CSR backup the data on my device?

Absolutely! We encourage you to backup data before bringing it to us, but we can also backup the data as an added service.

Will the repair cause any data loss on my device?

Our services will not cause any loss of data.

What about the warranty that I have on my device?

When your phone becomes damaged, generally any warranty that you have with your provider becomes void.

Can I rely on your mail-in services if I need it fixed as soon as possible?
